Infrastructure that stays up when it matters.

Cloud, deploys, monitoring, and security, set up before they turn into emergencies.

Sound familiar?

  • “Every deploy feels like a gamble.”

Automated pipelines, preview environments, and one-click rollbacks.

  • “Customers tell us it’s down before we know.”

Monitoring and alerts that reach the right person first, with dashboards people actually read.

  • “The cloud bill keeps climbing.”

A clear view of what costs what, right-sized resources, and budgets that alert before the invoice does.

  • “A security review is coming up.”

Access cleaned up, secrets managed, backups tested, and the evidence a reviewer will ask for.

What you get.

The boring stuff that matters at 3am, done properly and written down.

  • Infrastructure as code

Your whole setup described in version-controlled files, so it can be reviewed, rebuilt, and understood.

  • Pipelines you can trust

Tests, builds, and deploys that run the same way every time.

  • Monitoring and alerting

Metrics, logs, and alerts tuned so a page means something.

  • Runbooks and backups that work

Step-by-step guides for the bad days, and restores we have actually tested.

Built with Google Cloud / AWS / Kubernetes / Terraform / Vercel / CI/CD

How an engagement runs.

  1. Audit

    1 week

We map what you have, what is risky, and what to fix first, in plain language.

  2. Fix

    2 to 4 weeks

The highest-risk problems first, without downtime for your users.

  3. Automate

    2 to 4 weeks

Pipelines, infrastructure as code, and monitoring, so it stays fixed.

  4. Hand off

    Ongoing, optional

Runbooks and training for your team, or we stay on call for you.

Questions.

Which clouds do you work with?

Google Cloud and AWS. For web frontends we also deploy to Vercel.

Do we need Kubernetes?

Often not. We recommend the simplest setup that meets your needs, and say so when it is smaller than you expected.

Can you be our on-call?

Yes, as a monthly support retainer, with coverage and response times agreed up front.

What does it cost?

Audits and projects are both fixed-price, agreed after a free scoping call, so you know the cost before we start.
